On 23-24 April 2025, the III International Scientific and Practical Conference «New methods and technologies in water supply and sanitation» was held. The event brought together leading industry experts, representatives of the scientific community and business to discuss topical issues of the state and development of water management systems.
The key topics of the conference were:
- digital technologies in water utilities management and dispatching;
- innovative methods of water treatment and loss reduction;
- energy-saving solutions for industrial enterprises;
- automation of calculations and billing systems in the water supply sector;
- international experience of infrastructure modernisation.
Semyon Nechaev, Director of NEWLAND Technology, was invited as a guest speaker at the conference, where he delivered a report presenting our company’s new information system for managing settlements with legal entities in the water supply sector.
The system is designed to automate settlements, accounting, and payment control between water supply organizations and legal entities. It ensures accurate billing, enables prompt monitoring of accounts receivable, simplifies reporting, and provides customers with convenient online access to their data through a personal profile.
The implementation of the information system in water supply organizations reduces data processing costs, enhances service quality, and facilitates consumption analysis for more efficient resource planning.
