On October 13 and 14, NEWLAND Technology took part in the First Forum of the IT Academy "Artificial Intelligence in Belarus", organized on the basis of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus.

At the exhibition, our company presented relevant products and services. Reports were presented on past and ongoing pilot projects implemented jointly with partners.

Newland Technology showed IoT controllers and sensors of its own production. Visitors could watch a demonstration of the user's personal account of the Absolut: SmartCloud IoT platform. On the example of real projects, visitors could get acquainted with the possibilities of remote monitoring and control of various engineering systems.

One of the parts of Absolute: SmartCloud is the video analytics module Absolute Zrok. Events from "Absolute Zrok" (the appearance of an object, crossing the perimeter, smoke, and others) are collected, recorded and analyzed by the platform. The use of artificial intelligence allows you to check the reliability of event recognition by combining data received from video cameras and data received from sensors.

The director of the company Nechaev Semyon spoke about the practical implementation of the elements of a "smart city" based on artificial intelligence using the IoT platform Absolute:SmartCloud at the meeting "Actual issues of the development of artificial intelligence in the Republic of Belarus". During the discussions, questions were raised on the implementation of IoT products and solutions in business processes.

The results of our company's activities in the field of AI application for smart city solutions were awarded with a diploma of the exhibition laureate.
